The ExoSense CD63 Exosome ELISA Kit is designed as a direct enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of whole exosomes that are immobilized onto the surface of wells of a microtiter plate. Detection is achieved using ExoSense CD63 Primary Antibody that specifically binds to exosomes, followed by HRP-conjugated ExoSense Secondary Antibody (goat-anti-mouse) to enhance the signal. The assay provides an accurate measurement of exosome particles per mL based on a standard curve of fibroblast derived exosomes of known concentration. Developed by ReCyte Therapeutics Inc, a subsidiary of BioTime, Inc.
